Also included with the photo please include the product name, your name, your email, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-refundable.
All sale items are non refundable.
We are not responsible for damage as a result of tag removal and cannot replace any socks from this issue. Please be careful when removing the tags.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.
Are exchanges accepted?
You can exchange your item for another style within 30 days of delivery as long as your purchase is still in its original packaging and condition.

We only offer free shipping on all US-based orders that are over $30. Feel free to throw in a few extra pairs and we will automatically apply the discount upon checkout.
